The LAN was a win.



IRONY is spelling every word wrong except for the word wrong: PRICELESS.

Not only was this the first ever SLAGG/PWN Fest coop event, it was also the first overnight SLAGG event (not counting MML anyway). I had a great time except for the mysterious Starcraft lockup in one game. SC locking up Foo's machine? That's just not something that's ever supposed to happen.

Apologies to Des for distracting him with my wallpaper collection (heh).

Thanks to everyone for the help setting up and tearing down, and of course a HUGE thanks to Null for putting this on for us. I know it cost him a small fortune...

If anyone has pix from the event, please get them someplace I can access them and let me know.

yeah sorry for not coming but felt bad the night before and then felt like i went a few rounds with a boxer on that day. i wise i would have been their. with the sc issue

Seconded. Foo I noticed that wallpaper collection myself. Suprised me because at the first glance I figured it was DES's PC.

I liked it a lot. And if anyone ever wants to watch an actual movie at SLAGG my computer has a blu-ray drive...just saying

I really enjoyed this & it worked out, time-wise, that I could attend it while on winter break.

It was great to see everyone & it was great to have Asai come to this event. I really enjoyed some of the games he showed us Very Happy

I took some pictures of the event & can send them so they can be u/l to the website. Just let me know via e-mail at mccandrews@yahoo.com.

I really enjoyed the L4D2 scavenge mode match we had. That was the first time I played that mode. Good times !!

Overall, great food, good gaming & good times !!!
